Can I choose which products I want in the hold-all?
Yes, you get the kit and the eye gel and can choose any 3 large products to complete it. That represents excellent value, with one product effectively free.

Can I choose 3 of the same product?
You can include any combination of products in your choice of three. Order three the same, and you could keep the kit for your own use and give products away - a great idea, especially at gift-giving times of the year.

How much of the product should I use?
Be very sparing - all Evolu products are concentrate so you should be conscious not to use too much. This may make the product feel too rich. If you wish to lighten it further, apply while the skin is damp and it will spread more easily.

Can I use Evolu products on my children?
Absolutely. All Evolu products are very gentle, and the moisturisers are perfect for dry patches of skin, as I have chosen essential oils that have especially hydrating and nourishing properties.

Do Evolu products contain any preservatives?
The key safety issue with any product based on natural ingredients is the risk of microbial contamination. Put simply, bacteria grow more readily in these ingredients precisely because they are natural. Preservatives are therefore essential in order to prevent fungal and bacterial contamination and to ensure products have an acceptable shelflife. There are a couple of dozen preservatives in common use in cosmetics, parabens being the most widely known and used. However, concerns over the safety of parabens are an issue for a growing number of natural skincare users. As a result, and having carefully researched the safety of other preservative options, evolu skincare range has reformulated, replacing parabens with an effective alternative system. Assessed as safe for cosmetic use by the Cosmetic Ingredients Review panel, this system ensures non-contamination and satisfactory shelflife. Natural preservative properties of many of our botanical ingredients also enable this system to be used at minimal concentrations. Does your company test on animals?
Evolu does not conduct or condone animal testing in any way. Our products are laboratory tested then trialled on willing humans only.

Do you have products for sensitive skin?
Yes - bearing in mind that the skin is a living organ and caring for it is a highly individual matter - the ingredients in our range are carefully chosen for their suitability for sensitive skins - in many cases the essential oils have specific benefits for skin sensitivities and conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
