We deliver via International AirPost as the most cost-efficient method of
shipping. Our shipping charges are applied in categories calculated on the
basis of weight. Postage and handling is additional to the product prices
quoted. Any additional import duty or tariffs incurred will be the
responsibility of the customer.

For all shipments please allow 12hrs for processing. Orders are processed on business days only. Any orders placed after processing or on the weekend will be processed the following business day and shipped the day after

Within New Zealand
Orders will be sent via Fastway courier for delivery within 1-2 business days.
Normal delivery will be within 24 hours but allow up to 2 days in outlying areas.
US/UK/International
Orders will be sent via International AirPost, as the most cost-efficient method, for delivery within 3-12 business days.

Orders will be sent via International Airpost for delivery within 2-5 business days. Normal delivery will be within 3 hours but allow up to 5 days in outlying areas.

evolu accepts payment via credit card. We accept either Visa or Mastercard for
all orders, whether online, via fax, phone or mail. All orders are accepted subject to availability of products. Prices will be those applicable at the order date.

When you purchase an electronic eGift voucher, it gets emailed instantly, with your message,
to the person of your choice. Each emailed voucher carries a unique code that the recipient
simple enters at checkout when shopping at our webstore. Their order total (including shipping) is simply deducted from their voucher.
If the full amount is not redeemed, the balance remains available for the next time they buy evolu online. If the order exceeds the voucher value,
the balance must be paid via credit card. Vouchers remain valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash, and once redeemed fully can not be re-used.

order to help us both to add more products and services relevant to you and to

We do our utmost to ensure the products are packed and protected adequately. However we are unable to accept liablity for any damage or breakages during transport.

within 30 days and we will refund your money. Simply ship the unused items in
their original packing back to us via airmail to our freepost address above (no
stamp reqd) and we will refund you with the full amount.
